Delete account or request your data
You have control over your information. Use this page to delete your account, delete health data, or export a copy.
In the app
Open Dana → Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. You can also clear specific logs from the Logs tab.
From the website
Submit the form below. Account deletion is handled by our support team and typically completed within 30 days. Some data may be retained where required by law or for security reasons.
What may be retained: minimal records required for compliance, fraud prevention, security and accounting. We do not keep your detailed health logs once deletion is processed.
